1. Contracting Party
The sales contract is concluded with contact@pawhollow-shop.com, trading as Paw Hollow. We are dedicated to providing premium pet equipment and accessories designed for the well-being of your companions. By purchasing from us, you agree to these commercial terms.
2. Orders
Presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the 'Place Order' button, you submit a binding offer for the goods in your cart. A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon receipt of your order.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices listed include applicable taxes where required. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified at checkout. We use secure encryption to ensure your payment details are protected at all times.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping to supported countries. Delivery usually takes between 10 to 20 business days. We strive for punctuality; however, please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Paw Hollow until full payment has been received. This ensures the security of the transaction for both the customer and the store.
6. Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our equipment. Statutory warranty rights apply to all products sold. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can facilitate a replacement or repair.
7. Liability
Paw Hollow is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of pet equipment.

Your privacy is paramount. We process personal data exclusively for order fulfillment and customer service improvement, in strict accordance with relevant data protection laws. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms and all sales contracts are governed by local commercial laws. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in a different country, the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of that country's law remains unaffected.
